Based on the Sea-Teacher objectives, I think the outcomes are:
1) Help students teacher to train their teaching skills
2) Get many new friends
3) Understand the cultures of the other country
4) Can live happily even in the surrounding that has different culture, religion with the delegates
5) Improve the teaching skill performance
6) Introduce the culture that the delegates bring to the abroad
7) can compare the classroom situation between home country and receiving country
8) can provide the new strategies for teaching
etc
