Students involvements

In class, the teacher usually provide the activities that can make students involved. It means the teacher design the activities that are able to involve all students without exception. So, every student can involve and enjoy the learning process while playing.

Collaborating

Based on my observations, teachers tend to provide activities that are able to train students' cooperation. Especially if you have designed a pair or group activity where collaboration in one team is needed. That is, anyone can participate in giving a real contribution to the activity that has been designed. Then, students can also make their own innovations in their respective groups. Not only that, they can also give or show their best performance in front of other friends. On the one hand, this means that when creating activities that require collaboration of teams of more than two people, each team will feel responsible for following all the demands directed at their group. In short, team members can make their own advantages to cover up the weaknesses of their other teammates.

Classroom discussion

In the discussion, the teacher invites students to participate actively in all discussions. The teacher designs or provides discussion because the teacher wants to train the critical thinking for each student. This discussion can be done in open discussions in class or closed discussion between group members only. In the discussion, each student is required to be able to account for what they say or express, so that they will better prepare the reasons or other evidence to support the opinions they put forward while discussing. Class discussions, which usually occur between teachers and students are one of the information assessments that are being carried out by the teacher to assess student attitudes or student activity.

Students-centered

Based on my observations, teachers here tend to use the students' centered method, where the teacher here no longer explains in detail about the lesson, but it is students who find out directly what the topic means. To use this method, the teacher uses several questions to invite students to put out their ideas, so that only students become the main actors when the process of learning is happening.

Problem-Solving based

When teaching, students here also use this method because students are expected to be able to solve problems when discussing with their friends in one group. Through this approach, students are expected to be able to solve problems that may appear related to the topic
